Classes at Accoutrement
I’m always so proud of our classes. For more than 20 years, we’ve been bringing you classes with some of the best chefs in the country and even overseas on occasions. We also endeavour to treat you with unusual classes, like our “Butcher and the Chef” series from Colin Holt and Phillip Mitchell where attendees were able to get Hands-On training in how to bone lamb, beef, pork and poultry as well as take home the results. David McGuinness from Bourke Street Bakery will give us another Hands-on Sour Dough class on Wednesday 11th August.
